Ordering food for a group is easy until you try to feed everyone. Somebody is vegetarian this week, somebody keeps halal, somebody can't handle spice — and the safe choice ends up being the boring choice. A good rule: plan on 3–4 pieces of chicken per person plus a shared side for every 4–5 people. For 20 people, two 15 Pc Tenders Trays and a 25 Pc Wings tray covers the table with room to spare. Nashville hot chicken comes in heat levels, and a group order should never be all one level. Our seven run No Spice, Just a Burn, Electrical Fire, Wild Fire, Grease Fire, Super Fiery, and Hell Fire. The crowd strategy: make most of the order No Spice to Just a Burn, add one tray at Wild Fire for the spice fans, and let the brave ones ask for Hell Fire on the side. Everybody eats, nobody gets ambushed.
Any single catering order of $250 or more (pre-tax) placed by December 31, 2026 earns a $50 gift card after pickup or completion — one per order, catering only. If you're planning a holiday office lunch, that math is worth doing in November.
